Who’s on the move in Summer? Part 1/3

Despite looking a long way off, the summer transfer window is already starting to begin with Eden Hazard – one of the most exciting talents in Europe – apparently agreeing a move to Tottenham. However, in this article I will look at who might be on the move this summer.

Stéphane Sessègnon:

The Beninese international is playing out his skin for Sunderland and is constantly being linked with a move back to French club Paris Saint German, who he used to play for, before a £6 million switch to Sunderland. He is brilliant at getting goals from nothing in the middle of a game. He also is able to just create chances for other players.

Clubs suited: Arsenal, Chelsea, PSG, Lille, Lyon, Newcastle, Liverpool.

Cost: Sunderland would want to make a handsome profit on the 27 year old, and would want £12 million plus for their star player.

Robin Van Persie:

The Dutch international has scored 23 important Premier League goals, and has saved Arsenal from a season without European football. This is his last year on his current contract and Arsenal risk losing him on a free like many other players who have proved worthy of their price tag in the last season. However, this transfer depends on whether Arsene Wenger can convince him Arsenal is the way for him and to sign a new contract.

Clubs suited: Any club that wanted someone who could score, but clubs that have a significant chance are: Manchester City, Barcelona, Real Madrid, while Sneijder is reported to have told him to go to Inter Milan.

Cost: If his contract is allowed to run out, then Free.

Carlos Tevez:

The Argentine striker has just arrived back at Manchester City, but has angered Roberto Mancini by claiming he treated him like a dog, however he knows how to score. 43 goals in 60 games speaks for itself, even if he doesn’t like to leave his seat. He certainly doesn’t want to stay in England, and could become an important part of a European team.

Clubs Suited: Inter Milan, Boca Juniors, AC Milan, PSG, Malaga, Real Madrid, Anzhi Makhachkala.

Cost: No one is quite sure how much was paid for Tevez, but rumours of £49 million have been quashed. Inter, PSG and AC Milan have had bids of around €25 million but these were rejected. They might accept around €30-35 million for the striker.

Part two will be on here soon.

“He certainly doesn’t want to stay in England”

    I beg to differ.
He doesn’t want to be treated like he has been, the burning of shirts, censuring him, treating him like an outcast after all he’s done for the club.

If Fernando torres is worth £50 million and Andy Carroll £35 million, i think Stephane Sessegnon will be worth at least £25million and personally i wouldnt sell him for anything less than that.
