Match Reporters

Welcome to the Match Reporters page, this is the place you will need to come if you are interested in contributing a match report to It’s Round And It’s White as well as our main method of communication, Twitter. Some of the teams have a reporter that writes week in week out and this is ideally what we are looking to achieve but we know this may not always be possible. We appeal over Twitter before every set of fixtures for the reporters we need but sometimes we are missing a writer or we have been let down last minute by somebody that agreed to do it.

Please DO NOT take it upon yourself to write a match report unless you have previously agreed it with us before each fixture, that is of course unless the team you will be writing the match report for is not on the list of teams below, we welcome those reports with open arms. We do appreciate your efforts and enthusiasm but due to the sheer volume of articles we receive each week we are not able to publish multiple match reports on the same team for the same game.

We are slightly different to most other places that produce match reports as we aim to deliver two match reports per game, one by a fan of each team giving a unique fans perspective of every match. We work on a first come, first serve basis but if you are interested in carrying on writing the reports for your team in the future and if you are reliable and the report is of a good enough standard then there is no reason why the role cannot be yours.
