Steve McClaren releases 3 QPR stars to make way for new blood

Queens Park Rangers' declining since relegation from the Premier League in 2015 has been an issue. Current manager Steve McClaren is on a mission. Cleaning house is the first task, and many faces have already been shown the door.

Following last season's 16th place finish, the Hoops intend to be in the table's top half, possibly pushing towards the playoffs. For that, the right players must be acquired. But cutting wages to make room for new recruits is not easy. McClaren has let go of 11 players. Three were integral parts of the squad in recent years. Here they are.
