Tottenham Hotspur Squad Review - Who Stays and Who Goes in Goal

Sunday 15th July 2018

Mauricio Pochettino has been amazing for Tottenham Hotspur. His arrival in 2014 ushered in an age of vibrant, dynamic football powered by the youth prospects from their very own academy. His high-pressing dynamic style allowed Tottenham to break into the top three, establishing themselves as an elite-level Premier League side.

For three consecutive seasons, Pochettino has led Spurs brilliantly. His squad, ever-improving. A key component for The Lilywhites has been their shot-stopper. In the 2016 season, the North London side held the best defensive record in the league; conceding only 26 times. However, that number increased to 28 last season, which placed them third in defensive efficiency.

In this instalment of the Squad Review series, we delve deeper into Spurs' situation in-between the sticks.
